Class Policies

COVID 19 POLICY:  Masks are encouraged in group classes, to help maintain a safe environment for everyone.  If you have a family member who has tested positive at home, please resume class after your family member has tested negative (a credit on your account can be applied if a make-up class isn’t available).   If you have COVID, please reschedule class or personal training after you have tested negative.

MISSED CLASS POLICY: We have a very flexible make-up policy. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to make up a missed class during the current term.  An anticipated missed class (such as a planned vacation)can be made up before it is missed during the current term, space permitting. Classes can not be made up from prior terms. Clients are encouraged to make up missed classes as soon as possible, and by the end of the term.

One can place your credit from a missed class, toward a “make-up” class during the current term. For example, one missed Reformer class equals another Reformer. A mat class can be made up in a Reformer class by paying the additional amount owed.

Missed classes are not transferable to another person. *Missed classes can’t be used as a credit for registering for classes during the current term or future terms, or towards Personal Training. Since classes are small, and we are reserving your spot in a specific class each week, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend class (when possible).

If a class becomes full with “registered” clients, than the “make-up” client will be bumped and notified by the instructor that their make-up spot is no longer available on that specified date. At that point clients will reschedule their missed class space permitting.

SNOW POLICY: We follow the West Linn School district and will cancel classes if the school district cancels school on a specific day. Classes cancelled due to snow can not be rescheduled. A missed class due to snow can be made up in another class during the current term, if space allows. Classes can not be made up from prior terms.

PERSONAL TRAINING & SEMI-PRIVATE PACKAGES: Used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Please provide 24 hours notice via e-mail to cancel a PT or semi-private session without being charged the full amount of the missed session. At least 24 hours notice to cancel or payment is due prior to the start of the following session.

WITHDRAW from CLASSES OR PERSONAL TRAINING: If a student needs to withdraw from class due to a medical or personal emergency, this must be done in writing and e-mailed to Clare for a credit towards next term. Once a client has withdrawn, any missed classes from that term can no longer be made up. A client needs to be a current “registered” client in order to make up any missed classes. If a client withdraws from one class (let’s say a Mat class), and is still registered for another class (let’s say a Reformer class),any previously missed classes during that term (in this example they would be Mat classes) can not be made up.
