At Flourish Pilates, we offer personal training and semi-private workouts that can be specifically tailored to specific injuries or back conditions. This is the ideal setting if you have specific needs. Pilates Personal training is the most ideal way to start learning Pilates, and all of the equipment can be used. Pilates personal training, offers clients personalized attention and a safe and effective alternative to traditional weight training.

Cancellation Policy:  Personal training and semi-private sessions run for 55 minutes and are purchased in single sessions, or in packages of 5 or 10. With a single session, the client is charged an additional drop-in fee and the appointment can be made 48 hours in advance of when the client and instructor coordinate a meeting time. With a package, the client is not charged a drop-in fee. The client and instructor arrange a weekly appointment day and time to meet that runs for the length of the package. For example, some clients have had weekly on-going appointments at the same day and time for several years. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice, to cancel personal training sessions without being charged the full amount for the missed session.   For semi-private sessions, we also ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel without a full charge.  If one client can attend a semi-private session, and the other client can not attend, the session will run as a personal training session and the client who misses can make it up by applying the remaining credit toward a group class during the current term. Personal Training packages and Semi-Private packages expire 6 months after they are purchased.
