Small Group Training Reformer Classes

...with up to 5 people!

Participants use the Pilates Reformer machine and can register individually for a 10-14 week term. Please contact Flourish Pilates for start dates and end dates. Receive personalized attention on how to do exercises with proper form. Improve flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, and upper body strength. Relieve back pain by gaining core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are given so students can work at their own level. $30/class when registering for the term (as little as $20/class with "Pilates Bootcamp." *Expires at the end of the term. Choose from a variety of different formats listed below:

Pilates Beginner/Intermediate Reformer Class

This class is great if you are new to the Reformer and Pilates. Intermediate level students also feel challenged. Modifications are provided so students can work at their own level.

Pilates Cardio Athletic Jumpboard Reformer Class

(Ski, Golf, Tennis, Equestrian, Rowing, and Kayaking class!)

Participants use Jumpboard on the Reformer to get the hurt pumping and to engage the abdominals and legs. Invigorating plyometric movements that simulate skiing are performed to help flatten the low tummy area, strengthen and stretch the inner things, and tone the legs. Challenging intervals work the obliques, upper body, and mid-back muscles. Get ready for ski season, improve your golf swing, enhance your riding skills, strengthen your upper body muscles for rowing and kayaking, and win your tennis match by training on the Pilates Reformer. Inner thigh challenges on the box challenge the inner thighs and simulate horse riding. Perform exercises that help stabilize the rotator cuff and improve your golf swing or tennis match.

Pilates Reformer (abs, gluts, and inner thighs)

...this class kicks butt!

This class is challenging and fun and you will feel the burn! Work your gluteus to the maximus. Exercises in this class require more concentration, balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength than the beginner/intermediate class. This class is appropriate for students with at least 3-6 months of Reformer experience and for students who practice Pilates at least 2-3 times a week.

Pilates WALL-UNIT (buff arms, shoulders, and abs)

...This class combats the effects of sitting!

Strengthen your back muscles and find relief from upper back and neck tension, while working the abdominals and toning the upper body. Standing Pilates exercises are performed on the PILATES WALL-UNIT/SPRING-BOARD which uses springs for resistance to work the arms and abs at the same time! Min. 2 Max 5.

$250 for 10 classes ($25/session or less with "Bootcamp"). *Expires at the end of the term.

Small Group Training Cardio Bosu Pilates Class

...with up to 6 people!

Burn calories and fat and tone your abdominals while having fun! Traditional step aerobic moves that are easy to follow are mixed with challenging 60 second anaerobic intervals. Step routines are performed on a Pilates Bosu Balance Trainer, instead of a traditional step, which helps engage the abdominals while burning fat and getting the heart rate up. Standing Pilates exercises performed in this class are specifically designed to strengthen the pelvic-floor muscles. Students will also enjoy upper body strength training using small 2lb. and 3lb. weighted Pilates balls. The weighted balls add an additional challenge and resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Modifications are offered. Students can choose the intensity level they want to work at. Wear athletic shoes. All fitness levels welcome. Participants can register individually for a 10-14 week term. Please contact Flourish Pilates for start dates and end dates. This class is limited to 6 people for each term.

$150 for 10 classes ($15.00 per session). *Expires at the end of the term.

Pilates Core, Yoga Stretch and Upper Body Strength

...with up to 8 people!

Improve flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, and upper body strength. Relieve back pain by gaining core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are given so students can work at their own level. The foam roller, small ball, and thera-band can be used to increase resistance. Beginner level students will enjoy the support that the Pilates equipment provides, while Intermediate/Advanced students will enjoy the added resistance and challenge that the equipment provides. Students will also enjoy upper body strength training using small 2lb. and 3lb. weighted Pilates balls. The weighted balls add an additional challenge and resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Yoga exercises that aid in deep stretching will also be incorporated. Children ages 8- 17 are welcome when accompanied by an adult, and separate registration is required. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat to class. Participants can register individually for a 10-14 week term. Please contact Flourish Pilates for start dates and end dates.

$120 for 10 classes ($12.00 per session). *Expires at the end of the term.
