Small Group Training Reformer Class...with up to 5 people!
Participants use the Pilates Reformer machine and can register individually for a 12 week term. Please contact Flourish Pilates for start dates and end dates. Receive personalized attention on how to do exercises with proper form.
$30/class when registering for the term (as little as $20/class with "Pilates Bootcamp." *Expires at the end of the term.
Small Group Training Cardio Bosu Pilates Class...with up to 6 people!
Burn calories and fat and tone your abdominals while having fun! Traditional step aerobic moves that are easy to follow are mixed with challenging 60 second anaerobic intervals. Step routines are performed on a Pilates Bosu Balance Trainer, instead of a traditional step, which helps engage the abdominals while burning fat and getting the heart rate up. Standing Pilates exercises performed in this class are specifically designed to strengthen the pelvic-floor muscles. Students will also enjoy upper body strength training using small 2lb. and 3lb. weighted Pilates balls. The weighted balls add an additional challenge and resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Modifications are offered. Students can choose the intensity level they want to work at. Wear athletic shoes. All fitness levels welcome. This class is limited to 6 people for each term. Min. 2 Max 6

Pilates Core, Yoga Stretch, Upper Body Strength, & MASSAGE
This class has it all! Improve flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, and upper body strength. Relieve back pain by gaining core strength. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are given so students can work at their own level. The foam roller, Resist-a-ball, small ball, and thera-band can be used to increase resistance. Beginner level students will enjoy the support that the Pilates equipment provides, while Intermediate/Advanced students will enjoy the added resistance and challenge that the equipment provides. Students will also enjoy upper body strength training using small 2lb. and 3lb. weighted Pilates balls. The weighted balls add an additional challenge and resistance to traditional Pilates exercises. Yoga exercises that aid in deep stretching will also be incorporated. Students will enjoy Self Myofacial Release/Massage at the end of class using the foam roller which helps "get the knots out," and massage the muscles. Children ages 8- 17 are welcome when accompanied by an adult, and separate registration is required. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat to class.
$120 for 12 classes ($10/class when you register for the full term)
