Flourish Pilates has both created a sense of community for its’ clients, and has given back to the community at large. In 2008, we held a fund-raiser for PAWS animal Shelter. In the spring of 2011 we raised close to $500 for the American Red Cross and Japan Relief. Closer to home, in September of 2012 we raised close to $500 for a local West Linn family in need.
The mission of Flourish Pilates TM is to enrich the lives of its clients by training students how to properly practice Pilates, so that they may successfully reap the benefits of regular Pilates practice and thus thrive, prosper, and FLOURISH. Benefits of on-going and regular Pilates practice include: improving posture, balance, lung-capacity, flexibility, and strength. Joseph Pilates recommended practicing three times a week.
